Built by immigrants, for immigrants
Verity was created by immigrants who went through the green card process themselves. We know the anxiety of being unsure if something was done right, the frustration of depending on a law firm to give you answers, and the cost of paying for help for a mistake that should have been catchable.
Verity started out of Yale University’s innovation center and was designed with support from legal professionals. It exists to give our community the resources we believe it deserves.
There when you need it
Verity does the careful reading when you’re tired, overwhelmed, or saving money.
All-in-one prep tool
Verity auto-assembles an organized, printable packet once you're ready.

The technology behind it
Verity checks your case details against each other and against the published USCIS federal standards for adjustment of status.
- The software scans all the content you shared (form answers, long documents, relationship evidence) and interprets what’s important
- A proprietary internal rulebook keeps Verity’s AI engine tied strictly to real facts and guidelines
- Encrypted sessions and deletion-on-command means your information is always safe and in your control
When an issue in your case depends on legal judgment rather than common guidelines, Verity flags it, explains why it needs an attorney, and stops there. We won’t act as your legal advisor on those questions.
Verity vs. hiring an attorney
Decide if we’re right for you. For some cases, an attorney is the better fit, and Verity flags when your case needs one.
*At $189, Verity is about 5% of typical attorney fees for the same case.
Questions, answered
Is Verity legal advice?
No. Verity is a document readiness tool. It checks your evidence against published USCIS standards and tells you what needs attention. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and it is not a law firm.
Does Verity replace an attorney?
No. Some situations need legal judgment: prior overstays, unusual complicators, income near the threshold. Verity names those items and says why, so you can take a short, specific list to an attorney instead of starting from scratch.
Is my data secure?
Your documents are encrypted in storage within a private SOC 2-audited cloud host, which is much safer than sharing them over email. We do not sell or share your information, and it's never used to train the outside AI service that helps run Verity. You can delete your documents and data at any time.
What does it scan my documents for?
Verity only pays attention to what information is important for assessing your filing, not irrelevant personal details. The software takes notes on just enough to provide helpful feedback on each review you generate.
Can I file my case with Verity too?
Our platform makes it easy to submit your application. Since all your form answers and documents can be added to your profile, Verity organizes them into one neatly categorized file that you can print, sign, and mail to USCIS.
How does the waitlist work?
We are opening Verity to a small group before general launch. Waitlist members get early access and a direct line to the people building it. We will email you before we open your spot.
How does the pricing work?
Verity is a flat $189 for your case. It is one payment, not a subscription. It covers your reviews from where you are now through the day you file, so you can fix what comes up and run another check before anything goes to USCIS.
